The Canadian actor shot to fame as Marty McFly in “Back to the Future,” his most famous role even to this day. He also appeared on TV series “Family Ties,” which also earned him Hollywood success prior to the science fiction-themed film he’s best known for. However, after he revealed his Parkinson’s Disease diagnosis, work slowed down as his condition gradually worsened over the years. He did, however, return to TV work with “The Good Wife” and appeared in a number of shows, such as “Scrubs” and “Boston Legal.” The 58-year-old star continues to act, although mostly on TV, to this day.
