Millie’s girl had already captured everybody’s hearts by being featured on ITV’s Britain’s Top 100 Dogs, which aired on television last January 2019. And with her service dog vest, which lets her escort Millie into shops and restaurants in case she has a fit, we’re sure Elmo is always turning heads around because of her loveable charm. Who wouldn’t love this adorable little dog?! Just seeing her makes us want to adopt our own, too. We’d love to have a best friend like Elmo!
