DJ Khaled has finally got a new owner for his Mediterranean Villa just outside of Miami. According to a report made by New York Post, the three-floor building—first listed at $7.99 million in 2018—was sold to a tech mogul from Florida for an unpublished amount. So that you know, the last reported selling price of the house was $ 5.99 million. The half-acre lot is located on a private island in a gated community area named Island Estates. The house has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, with an elevator running between the three floors.

In 2015, Khaled first bought the Mediterranean-style house for $3.84 million. However, he paid an extra $2.5 million in renovations and overhauls over the years.
