The Sons of Anarchy actor explained that he tracked everything, focusing on improving his fitness while shifting his eating habits to include smaller, more frequent meals. In 2020, Tom finalized his divorce from Ashley Groussman, according to People. The couple has been granted joint custody of their kids, Jax and Quinn.
