Kelly Rowland – 70 Lbs

Destiny’s Child’s Kelly Rowland showed us how to shed baby weight by dropping 70 pounds in four months flat. She attributed spin class to losing the weight, telling Extra magazine that she spin instructor Jeanette Jenkins was the key to success. Kelly’s workouts would start in the early parts of the morning, bounding with energy and positivity.

Kelly also spoke of the 80/20 rule and devoting 80% of your time to eating foods that provide nourishment. The other 20% she shared is free, with the star reportedly indulging in guacamole, a margarita, or queso.
