Wayne Knight – 117 Lbs
Most of us know Wayne Knight as Jerry Seinfeld’s rival, and the show’s main antagonist, Newman, is most often remembered as his rounder self. He’s even played an overweight customer in an episode of American Dad! while weighing a whopping 327 pounds at his heaviest.
However, Wayne has turned things around by limiting his calories to 1,500 per day. With a healthy diet and exercise, he dropped 117 pounds in 2011. Wayne recently featured in The Very Excellent Mr. Dundee, released in 2020. Fans are looking forward to seeing him in the upcoming football drama set in the Great Depression, 12 Mighty Orphans.
