The city showed its love for Wayne
Despite Wayne feeling like he didn’t deserve any credit for his action, the word quickly spread out. The children, who were amazed by what Mr. Price had just done, ran through the school’s hallways and told everyone what had happened. The school decided to honor Wayne through a post on their Facebook page. One of his biggest fans is his mother, Carolyn. She commented on the post how proud she was of her son. She indeed has raised an exceptional man. Wayne is also involved in charity work and mentors young groups of teens and college-aged students who volunteer on Navajo Reservations.
